We hosted the Gulf Sturgeon workshop at the Gulf Coast Research Lab's brand new Marine Education Center! Lots of excellent talks related to the recovery of Gulf Sturgeon throughout its range. Dr. Bill Pine lead a very informative overview of the new database and we discussed up-coming projects with state, federal, and academic researchers. Scott Hixson over at Hops and Growlers in Ocean Springs, MS, brewed and conditioned a special Save the Sturgeon barrel aged saison for us as well!
Looking forward to the next one in Mobile, AL, this fall.
